Medicinal plants have been a major part of healing for the past 6 years. When trying each one – I have listened to my body and retained what works for me. I have listed a few elements that have helped me throughout the years, when preventing and recovering from sickness. I am not a doctor and therefore have chosen to share what I love and let you do the rest – because we’re all unique!
