RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
For 8 Fresh spring rolls:
4 Rice paper
1/2 box alfalfa sprouts
1 sliced carrot
1 yellow or red bell pepper sliced
1 baked tofu cake sliced
Herb salad mix as needed
few Thai basil leaves
For Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
1. Dip Rice paper in water & turn immediately 2-3 times until semi soft. Put it on a dry towel.
2. Immediately, top with Salad greens, alfalfa sprouts, Thai basil leaves. Turn over put baked tofu slices. turn over immediately & put carrots & bell pepper slices.Turn over. Make a roll. Make all 4 rolls similarly.
3. Mix Hoisin sauce, soy sauce & sesame oil in a bowl & Mix.
4. Cut rolls into halves & serve with dipping sauce.
