Another staple side dish for this Thanksgiving!
This one is a pretty easy one to veganize!
All I did was peel, cube and boil some potatoes until fork tender, (especially since I don’t have a potato masher, just a fork).
I melted some plant based butter and added 3 cloves of garlic and just a bit of rosemary to make a garlic and rosemary infused butter to add to my potatoes!
Once the potatoes were done I mashed with my fork then added the garlic butter, some oat milk, a few strips of plant based vegan bacon, I used the Ozo brand and plenty of chopped up chives!
I love a classic mashed potatoes but it’s also so fun to play around and experiment with different toppings and ingredients, what’s your favorite thing to add?
