1 cup cashews ( soaked for at least 2 hrs)
¼ – ½ cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic granules
½ tsp onion powder
¼ -½ tsp salt
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add water gradually until mayo-like consistency is achieved. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
