Spring is here and the smoothies are favorite for this season. In this video, I am showing how to make a healthy superfood green smoothie recipe for breakfast. This healthy vegan smoothie is full of nutrients and vitamins and perfect as a booster post exercise. It’s little bitter in taste but can be sweetened by adding maple syrup. Hope you enjoy the video. Preparation:

1 Avocado
Bunch of spinach
1 Tbsp chia seeds(Soak into a 2 tbsp of water)
1 Kiwifruit
2 tbsp Moringa leaf powder(vegan)
coconut water (as much as you require)
some ice cubes
In a blender, add spinach, kiwi, Avocado ,chia seeds, moringa leaf powder, and ice cubes. Then ,blend them with coconut water(as much as you require).
Sprinkle some leaf powder on the top of it and place a blade of kiwi fruit.
