This recipe is made easy and simple with the use of basic ingredients within reach from your kitchen. This brownie recipe is very delicious, moist and fudgy. We will show you a step by step process on how to bake your own Vegan Brownies. This recipe is for beginners who wants to learn how to cook vegan food. It is one of THE BEST BROWNIES YOU WILL EVER EAT
Notes:
1. You may replace soy milk with any dairy-free milk you like. The taste will not be highly affected.
2. You may use GROUND flax seeds and soak it in the soy milk for 10-15 minutes ( makes egg-like texture )
3. If you want it to be more fudgy, just add more dark chocolate in the recipe.
4. Do not over-mix the mixture.
In less than an hour you will have that MOIST CHOCOLATE BROWNIE for your vegan dessert.
