Banana bread:
4 bananas, mashed well
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
splash of vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
(optional: chocolate chips)
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes (if using mini loaf pan) or 55 minutes if using regular loaf pan.
