    INGREDIENTS
    1 Bar Firm Tofu (Tokwa) or 2 cup Mashed Tofu
    3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
    1 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1 Tbsp Liquid Seasoning
    2 Tbsp Parsley or green onion
    2 Eggs
    1 Tsp salt
    1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
    1 cup Breadcrumbs

    MAYONNAISE – CHEESED DIPPING SAUCE
    1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp Catsup
    2 Tbsp Cheese Powder

    PROCEDURE
    1. In a bowl combine mashed tofu, all-purpose flour, egg, baking powder, liquid seasoning
    salt and pepper. Mix. Add parsley. Mix well.

    2. Scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture and shape into a log. Dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
    Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

    3. DIPPING SAUCE. Combine mayonnaise, catsup and cheese powder. Arrange tofu fingers in a platter with the dipping sauce.

    Yields: 16 pieces
