Good morning my wild and beautiful friends!
Today we’re testing out that baked feta recipe that’s blowing up TikTok and Instagram.
Except I’m going to veganize it… and use it as an appetizer instead of pasta sauce.
Let’s get started!
You’ll need-
1 block of vegan feta ( I used and love voila life)
About 12 oz of cherry tomatoes
7 large cloves of garlic sliced in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
I/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning & roasted red pepper flakes
Baking dish
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
Until feta is melty and tomatoes are starting to blister.
