Welcome to the final video from my ‘Top Places To Dine Vegan In Auckland’ series! I wanted to take a bit of a different approach for this one and showcase one of my own products which is a healthy vegan whole-foods dessert recipe book!
The reason for this, is because many people don’t realise that sweet treats can be made from nourishing ingredients that you DON’T have to feel guilty for! It will provide you with long lasting energy, nutrients AND satisfy your sweet tooth!
To kick things off I want to show you just how easy it can be! 🎉
5-INGREDIENT HIGH-PROTEIN CHOC MOUSSE
600G Silken Tofu
1c Coconut Milk
1c Peanut Butter
1/2c Maple or Brown Rice Malt Syrup
2-3 Heaped Tablespoons of Cacao Powder
1 Tablespoon Grated Dark Chocolate (optional – for garnishing)
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Spoon into jars or glasses and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate for decoration if desired.
3. Enjoy immediately or place into the fridge to cool and set.
It CAN be THAT simple!!! Not only is it super easy and time efficient, it’s also high protein and not to mention DELICIOUS!
