The Turkey and mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce are kind of always the same every Thanksgiving or Christmas, right? It’s the Thanksgiving Vegetable Side Dishes that make the holiday dinners exciting in my opinion. Here I have 4 that are absolutely mouthwatering and look absolutely gorgeous on a table full of delicious and beautiful dishes.

1 lbs brussels sprouts
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
