I totally get why people can be sort of yuck on tofu. It can be really tough to nail, and if you don’t know what you’re doing, it can end up a sort of tasteless, gelatinous mess.
But this crispy, air fryer tofu is one of my favorite recipes. It’s super quick and easy, and goes great in ramen bowls, on top of yakisoba, in spring rolls or on its own.
It’s also super yummy just dipped in a little sweet chili sauce as a snack.
