Here are the ingredients for this Veg Manchow Soup
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Noodles – 100 gms
Groundnut Oil (Deep fry) – 2 liter
Ground Oil – 2 tbs
Corn Flour- 3 tsp
Garlic – 1 tsp
Celery – 1 ½ tsp
Carrot – 2 tsp
Cabbage – 2 tsp
Spring onions – 3 tsp
White Pepper powder – 1 ½ tsp
Corn starch – 50 gms
Water – 2 cups
Soy Sauce (dark) – 1 tbs
Salt – As per taste
