In my quick tip this week, have your vegetables delicious and ready to eat in no time! Some easy substitutions will make this dish perfect for ANY Thanksgiving table: Vegetables: Switch out the broccoli and cauliflower mix for brussel sprouts, green beans, butternut squash, or roasted potatoes. Omit the bacon completely for an entirely vegan dish. And cut back on the garlic to one or two roasted cloves to keep the garlicky flavor to a minimum.
