Peanut Butter Oatmeal
This easy breakfast recipe is high in protein and a perfect way to start your morning. It is a Creamy, Vegan healthy breakfast which can be prepared in a jiffy. You can always add your favorite fruits to it and make it more wholesome.
I like to top mine with some almonds and chia seeds
Ingredients
Oats – 80 Grams or 1 and half cup
Water – 2 cups – double the amount of oats
Plant Based milk – 1 cup
Chia Seeds – 1 Tsp
Peanut Butter – 1 Tbsp
Maple Syrup – 1 Tbsp or as per your taste
Almonds – 4-5
