Welcome to the first episode of “Janni’s Cooking Show” (hahaha)!
First recipe – coconut banana pancakes:
1 banana
1 dl oats
4 tbs coconut milk (or any milk)
Mix it in a blender and fry it in a pan – add toppings and it’s done!
Green super smoothie:
1 banana
1 avocado
1 squeezed lemon
1,5 handfull of spinach
1-2 dl frozen mango
1-2 dl of water
Put it all in a blender and miiix!
Coconut vanilla oatmeal:
1 dl oats
1 dl water
1 dl coconut milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Cook it on the stove until it looks ready, serve in a bowl and add toppings.
