This is an easy to make, nutritious and healthy soup recipe for kids. It is the best way to include veggies in children’s diet. This soup can be prepared with any vegetables of your choice. You can serve this soup to your baby when he is having cold/ cough or fever and refuses to eat solid foods.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin (Chopped) – 1/4 Cup
French Beans (Chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Carrot (Peeled & Chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Potato (Peeled & Chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Bottle Gourd (Doodhi/Lauki), (Peeled & Chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Tomato – 1/2
Water – 1 & 1/2 Cup
Ghee / Butter – 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) – 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – A Pinch
Pepper Powder – A Pinch
Salt – 1/4 tsp or as per taste
