I collaborated with my friend Jackie, who is very interested into transitioning into a vegan lifestyle. We decided to make vegan steak and cheese eggrolls. which I thought was the perfect appetizer for someone who wants to transition to the plant-based lifestyle but doesn’t know-how to do so.

* Optional: verisoy pepper steak vegan substitute
* Daiya Cutting Board Collection Vegan Cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
* Miyokos vegan provolone
* Nasoya Vegan Egg Roll wraps
* Corn starch and water mixture
* Red and green pepper
* White onion
* Pepper
* Adobo
* Vegan beef sauce ( buy from local Asian market)
* Liquid smoke
