I have to get in at least 100 grams of protein a day so I love to start the day off with a bowl of Oatmeal. I’m big on having variety so several toppings is a must so I don’t get bored. This morning I went with
🥣 High Protein Oats
🧈 @montysnyc Cashew Butter
🍁 Maple Syrup
🌰 Almonds
🥜 High Protien Nut Milk Blend
~ Granola
🍇 Raisins
🥥 Coconut Flakes
~ Not shown Hemp seeds
Although this breakfast is super simple, it’s very intentional so when they say vegans don’t get enough protein you can show them how that’s not true at all.
