Green juices get slammed all the time for not containing fibre. Yet when you take an aspirin or vitamin pill they get absorbed just fine. Besides, only the insoluble fibre is removed. Soluble fibre remains intact. Breaking down the cell wall allows for 95% absorption of the concentrated phytonutrients. Unlike fruit juices (sugar water), green juices are concentrated sunlight.
