Vegan Crepe Recipe

Mix 1cup oat flour (just put oats in a blender)
1 TBS conrnstarch
1 TBS ground flaxseed
1/4 tsp sea salt
dash of cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of water
Heat skillet with a small amount of coconut oil and then pour about 1/2 cup of bater on pan and instantly swirl the pan around so that the bater can spread. Cook until golden brown about 2-3 minutes and then flip cook again for same amount of time.

1TBS pure maple syrup or agave
