Pesto pinwheels
Ingredients
•1 can Pillsbury Crescent dough sheet
•1/3 cup vegan pesto
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Open and roll out your can of crescent dough.
Spread your pesto over the dough covering all but 1/2 inch at the bottom.
The crescent dough is rectangle and the bottom is one of the longer sides.
You then want to start rolling your dough from the top(the opposite side of the bottom where you left the 1/2 inch without pesto) like you would cinnamon rolls.
Evenly roll until you reach the bottom and have a log.
Now evenily cut your roll in half and then cut each half in half and then each of those halves in half. This will give you even pinwheel slices.
Place on a lined baking sheet 1 inch apart.
Place in Oven and bake at 350°F for 16-18 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
