This week’s episode of #SundayRecipeTime I wanted to share my Grandy’s recipe for Ham Rolls, but make it vegan . It’s been a Christmas Eve tradition since I could remember.
So, here’s my recipe with love from me to you for Tofurky Rolls!
Ingredients
* 3 Tofurky deli slices
* 3 Green Onions
* 6 tbsp of Vegan Cream Cheese
Directions
1. Grab 3 slices of your Tofurky.
2. Take 2 tbsp of your vegan cream cheese and spread on a slice.
3. Grab a green onion, cut the root and about 1/2 inch off the top.
4. Put green on one end of the slice and roll.
5. Cut into little 1/2 inch slices.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 until all rolls are made.
7. Enjoy!
