How to Cook Easy Tofu Sisig
This is a healthier sisig recipe. Tofu or tokwa replaces pork. It is a good source of protein and you can enjoy more without the guilt.

10 ounces extra firm tofu
1/4 cup Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1/2 piece calamansi
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
1 piece red onion, chopped
1 piece long green pepper, sliced
2 pieces Thai chili, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup cooking oil
