Smoothie⬇️ for gut health!
I love adding healing herbs and so much more goodness to my smoothies.
Here is the recipe.
A bunch of cilantro
Fresh Handful of mint and sprinkle of rosemary
2 ripe bananas
1 cup wild blueberries
1 tbsp sea moss
2 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds or whole
1 apple
1/4 tsp lion’s mane mashroom
1 cup water
It’s healing. It’s good for you!
