CHOCOLATE 5 Quick & Easy Vegan Desserts ( No Bake)
Chocolate cookies yogurt cups ( 6 mini cups)
1 Cup Chocolate Cookies crumbles ( approximately 10 Oreos like cookies)
1/4 Cup Melted Vegan Butter
Vegan Yogurt, to fill the cups.
I prefer to use my homemade coconut yogurt, but you can use a store brand vegan yogurt( it should be a thicker one)
Melted vegan chocolate for decoration ( dark chocolate chips melted)
Separate the cookies from the filling ( save the filling ).
Use a food processor to make the cookies crumbles.
Mix the chocolate cookies crumbles with the melted vegan butter. Add the mix in to the cups, press with a spoon,on top of this add the vegan yogurt. Fridge until the yogurt hardness, then decorate with melted chocolate.
Crunchy Chocolate Almond cups( 4 mini cups)
1 Cup Melted vegan Chocolate ( dark chocolate chips melted)
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
1 Tbsp Almond Butter per Cup
Mix the melted vegan chocolate with the sliced almonds. Add the mix in to the cups, fridge until hardness, on top of this add the almond butter and another layer of chocolate with almonds, fridge until hardness.
Chocolate & cookie crumbles bar
1 Cup Melted vegan Chocolate ( dark chocolate chips)
1/4 Cup Melted Vegan Butter
1 Cup Vegan Cookies crumbles
Mix the cookie crumbles with the melted vegan butter. Add the mix in to a non stick mold, press with a spoon. On top of this add the melted chocolate and fridge until the chocolate hardness. Cut in pieces using a knife.
Almond dates chocolate bullets
Pitted Medjool dates ( as many as you’ll like to use)
Almond butter
Melted vegan chocolate ( dark chocolate chips)
Open the dates, stuffed with almond butter, decorate with melted chocolate.
Chocolate coconut truffles ( using leftovers from the first recipe)
Cookies filling ( from the first recipe)
2-3 Tbsp Coconut shredded
Melted chocolate
Mix the coconut shredded with the leftover cookies fillling, make a ball and cover with melted chocolate, decorate with coconut, fridge until chocolate hardness.
