This cashew cheese is a staple in vegan cooking! It takes 5 minutes to make and is a great substitute for cheese.
Cashew Cheese Recipe:
1 c cashews (soak them in water for at-least 2 hours for the creamiest texture)
1/3 c water
1/4 c nutritional yeast
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Directions:
Blend it all together in a high speed blender
