If you’ve watched my other videos you know I LOVE to cook with fresh produce and I basically make myself breakfast, lunch, dinner every single day. As a vegan woman that lives alone I know this may seem like a lot of food, but trust me, I USE IT!
I don’t follow meal plans, or have set recipes scheduled for the week. I purchase food that I know and love while still being open to trying new and different products. I know if I purchase food I know and love I will feel more inclined to use it and find new creative ways to spice it up 😉
If you are trying to include more fresh produce into your diet I highly encourage you to purchase foods you already feel comfortable with. As you continue on your journey let yourself try 1-2 new things every week. As you try incorporating new things slowly it feels more natural and less overwhelming. Many of us want to start on our health journey but its scary, frustrating and confusing. START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW!
