Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, save the drained water
300g caster sugar
pinch salt
1 cup berries
200 ml coconut yoghurt
3 tbs icing sugar
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 120C
whisk the chickpea water until soft peaks form
slowly add in the sugar on low speed
Add pinch of salt
Ince incorporated whisk on high for 10 minutes until firm peaks form
on a baking sheet lined with baking paper create 2 mounds of pavlova
Bake at 120C for 1 hour
allow to cool
combine yogurt and icing sugar and place on top of pavlova
dress pavlova with desired berries
Serve.
