Batch Making Juices On A Budget For Health
Welcome to my channel Everyday Im Veggin It. In this video I am demonstrating how to batch juice (aka bulk juice) on a budget. And what makes it easier is the Nama J2. The Nama J2 is in a lane of its own. My life changed when this juicer hit the market. You load the hopper and are free to continue to prep your ingredients. And speaking of prep… the prep work is a breeze. The hopper is large enough to put in large pieces of fruits and veggies. You can even put in whole apples and pineapples. In this juice I am not just trying to make a juice I know is cheap I am making sure the juice is well rounded. I love my greens and just because we are juicing on a budget doesn’t mean we can’t have our greens and drink them too haha. Buying in season locally also cuts cost. Some things locally are still expensive or even more expensive than the grocery store, but things like greens and cucumbers are usually cheaper and larger than the grocery store. Another tip is produce such as melons and celery contain a lot of water so they are a bang for your buck.
