I always love starting my day with a healthy and delicious smoothie, so today we’re making a banana & berries smoothie. Pro tip: here, I have used coconut curd, I recommend whipping a bit to make it fluffy 😊 You can use soy milk instead. It’s sweet without any sugar and the berry powder makes it antioxidants rich and looks delicious too!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 small frozen banana
1 cup plant-based milk/ curd
3-4 walnuts
1 tbsp blueberries powder
