What I ate today (high protein, over 100g protein)
another easy and healthy what I eat in a day! focusing on nourishing myself and FEELING AMAZING, not necessarily on losing weight or weight loss. I’ve been trying to increase the amount of protein I eat per meal to 30g, which means over 100 grams of protein per day! here’s how I did that on this day 🙂
