Ingredients:-
3/4 cup Sago/Tapioca pearls
1 cup coconut milk ( see note below ⬇️)
3-4 Mango, puréed
2 -3 tbsp condensed milk or as required (dairy or vegan both will work, or use any sweetener of your choice)
Wash and soak sago pearls for at least half an hour. Boil with 4 cups of water on medium low heat for 15 minutes or until translucent. Stir frequently. Transfer it to a strainer and rinse in cold water. In a mixing bowl add tapioca pearls, mango purée, coconut milk and the sweetener, mix well. Chill in the refrigerator before serving. Top with mango chunks, pista slices and Enjoy!
Note:-
1. You can also use full fat, boiled and chilled dairy milk too. Adjust the consistency accordingly. Thick consistency of the coconut milk gives the creaminess.
