The combo of peanut curry with puttu or appams is too good. Pacha kadala kari and puttu is one of my favorite breakfast
The spicy peanut curry can be served with puttu, appams, idiyappam or with steamed rice, chapatis or pooris
Ingredients:
• Coconut grated -1/2cup small size
• Fresh Peanut -1/2cup small size
• Shallots -1cup small size
• Tomato -2
• Garlic cloves -10
• Ghee -1tbsp
• Sesame oil -1tbsp
• Mustard seeds -1/2tsp
• Asafoetida/hing -1/2pinch
• fennel seeds few
• poppy seed few
• Turmeric powder pinch
• Chili powder -1/7tsp
• Chilli flakes -1/2tsp
• Kulambu powder -1spoon
• Coriander powder 1/2spoon
• fresh curry leaves few
• fresh coriander leaves few
• Salt
