Hi everyone, welcome to another quick easy breakfast video. This vegan french toast recipe is super simple and easy to make with just a few ingredients. It’s sweet and tastes great with some fruit on top & maple syrup.
The ingredients –
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup non-dairy milk (I might try with less next time)
Dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bread of choice (this made me 3 slices of regular whole-wheat bread)
Maple syrup & fruit for topping
