Peace! As of late I’ve been preparing 26oz of green juice, 26 oz of herbal tea, and 80oz of tamarind juice.
The green juice I drink about an hour after waking up, or whenever I get a craving for food. The slight bitter taste snaps me back to a sane state of mind lol
Soursop leaf tea I usually drink 3 hours before bed, or I may hold out the following day.
The tamarind juice helps me clear out any extra waste. It helps me feel satisfied throughout the day. I make enough to last throughout the span of 4 days when I have it.
