It’s that time of year again; the time when we get all cozy in our warm fuzzy sweaters, sip hot apple cider and add pumpkin to just about every recipe on the menu. Even the front porch and the living room mantle get bedazzled with brightly colored orange pumpkins in all shapes and sizes. I love this time of year. You can find a very happy baker in my house during the pumpkin season, experimenting, exploring, and cooking up a storm.
