Today I am sharing some easy Vegan party appetizers that can be prepped in under 10 minutes. I use simple ingredients that can be found in most grocery stores. Whether you are cooking for yourself or taking these to a get together they are perfect for any season or occasion. They travel well and are also so delicious that you won’t even be able to tell they are vegan.

Puppy Chow
Yields:10 servings
Prep Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 10 minutes
1 cup semisweet or dark vegan chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6-7 cups Rice Chex Cereal
1-2 cups powdered sugar
Vegan sprinkles (optional)
Vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Pinwheels
Yields: about 30 pinwheels
Prep Time: 5 Minutes Total Time: 1 hour
1 package (8 ounces) vegan cream cheese, softened ( I used Tofutti)
1 cup vegan shredded cheddar cheese ( I used Daiya)
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, well drained
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Garlic powder to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
3 flour tortillas (10 inches)
Feta “Cheese” Ball
Yields:10 servings
Prep Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 1 hour
1 package of extra firm tofu (400 g)
2 tablespoon white miso
1 teaspoon lemon, juice
¼ cups apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon peppercorns
½ cup of water
Caramelized Onions Bites
Yields:20 bites
Prep Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 30 minutes
1/2 box vegan Puff Pastry (I used Pepperidge Farm)
4 tablespoons unsalted vegan butter melted
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
3 ounces vegan feta cheese
Rosemary , Garnish
“Cheesecake Bites”
Yields:20 bites
Prep Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 10 minutes
1/2 box vegan Puff Pastry (I used Pepperidge Farm)
½ cup of vegan cream cheese ( I usedTofetti)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup 9 of Fresh or frozen fruit
